Disappointing return experience
"I purchased these shorts expecting them to be suitable for tennis. Although the product description did not mention a built-in liner, I personally prefer tennis shorts with one, so I decided to return them. Unfortunately, the return experience has been very disappointing. I contacted customer service multiple times starting the day after I received my order to ask about the return process. Despite several emails, including my order number and a follow-up requesting an urgent response, I never received a reply. I returned the item within the return period. UPS tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the return address, but I still have not received any confirmation or refund. Ironically, I received an email asking me to leave a review before receiving any response regarding my return. The product may be fine for someone looking for this style of shorts, but based on my experience, the customer service and return communication need significant improvement."
