What Payment Method do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and Paypal. See something missing? Please reach out to us and ask for a new payment method!

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive via email a shipping confirmation, which will show you the products shipped along with a tracking number

My order is delayed or lost. What should I do?

I didn't receive my order or the order is incomplete. What should I do?

How can I return or exchange one or multiple products from my order?

To return or exchange an item, you have 14 days to do so from the delivery date.

I made a mistake and want to cancel my order

Once the order has been validated, it is almost impossible for us to cancel the order due to us shipping same day.

However, please reach out to us via email at  hellousa@mouratoglou-apparel.com to see if we are able to cancel the order internally.

If we cannot cancel the order, please keep in mind you will still be able to return the items within 14 days of delivery.
