Refund policy

To return an item and receive a refund, please follow the steps below: 

1. Confirm that your item(s) is/are eligible for returns. As a reminder, the return must be made within 14 days of delivery of your package.
2. Make sure that your product still as the tag on and has not been damaged.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in an appropriate shipping package.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and verification of its eligibility, our team will promptly proceed with a refund/exchange of your product(s). 

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Mouratoglou Apparel US.
